A Bronx based pizzeria providing a Soho like ambiance to its neighbors. Known for serving up quality with its fresh ingredients and delicious recipes.

Before

Problem

Client originally called requesting a social media strategy to generate more business and increase profits. However, after performing a client assessment the core issue identified was low-profit margins due to high costs of food and operations. Costs had to be reduced before implementing any digital marketing strategy.

Solution

Reducing | revamping menu and identifying new vendors to reduce the cost of food and operations. This allowed us to identify the profitable menu items to promote as part of their digital marketing campaign. We created a print and digital marketing strategy to successfully increase profits. We developed a new website and created a printed brochure for local mail distribution to raise brand awareness.

An auto repair services company offering local, efficient, and dependable white glove service to luxury car owners and car enthusiasts.

Problem

Needed direction for the business and staff along with a complete revamp for their existing website. Lacked the competitive advantage to differentiate their business from the other mechanic shops in the area.

Solution

Created services not offered by other mechanics in the area. Customer service and digital marketing would not be enough to attract leads.

In addition, the website platform was changed from weaver to Squarespace. This facilitated creating a modern responsive website that’s easy to navigate and speaks to their preferred target audience (luxury car owners and car enthusiasts).
